MSK (musculoskeletal) Therapy is an umbrella term for any therapy that treats disorders of the muscular and skeletal systems. A musculoskeletal problem may involve a variety of symptoms or conditions involving muscles, bones, joints, nerves, tendons or ligaments. Some of the more common conditions treated are back and neck pain, sciatica, shoulder pain, tight muscles and headaches.
Anne (previously known as Anne Yorke) is the owner and manager of the Tillow Barn practice. She ran her own Chiropractic clinic in Redhill for many years, moving to Dorking in 2016, where she set up Tillow Barn Health & Wellbeing. She has developed her specific treatment technique over her many years as a therapist. Anne no longer takes on new patients (except for the Epley Manoeuvre specifically), but incorporates several treatment modalities with her existing patients, using a combination of gentle joint adjustments, soft tissue massage and medical acupuncture.
Anne is also qualified to perform the Epley Manoeuvre, a treatment for benign vertigo (BPPV).
