Birgitta has been interested in nutrition all her adult life. After having her first child, she decided to switch from her first career as an Events Director, to become a Naturopath Nutririonist. She embarked on a 3 year college course at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, where she gained a diploma with Distinction.
Birgitta feels that there are many people with problems such as difficulties conceiving, autoimmune diseases or suffering with depression - all of which she believes can be treated with dietary and lifestyle changes (independently or alongside medication).
Birgitta says: "Health and well-being can be achieved through dietary changes - I myself have been able to manage the symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome and given my body the nourishment it needs to give me the energy and vitality to live life to the full.
"B/Nutrition can help and develop a balanced diet specifically for you, benefiting your health and well-being, ultimately finding your nutritional balance."
