Dr Peers qualified in 1996 as a Consultant in Contraception and Reproductive Health and in 2017 was recognised as a Menopause Specialist by the British Menopause Society. Dr Peers has been working since 2015 at the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, which is the country’s leading NHS menopause clinic, under the mentorship of leading Consultant Gynaecologist Mr Nick Panay. She also works alongside him in Harley Street. She is a member of the British Menopause Society and the Faculty of Sexual & Reproductive Healthcare (FSRH - Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists).

Dr Peers offers advice on contraception, menopause management/body-identical HRT, PMS treatment options, Premature ovarian insufficiency diagnosis and treatment. She also sees women with progestogen sensitivity and histamine intolerance.

Dr Peers is very involved in the teaching, training and lecturing of doctors, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals. She is a key opinion leader in the field of women’s health both nationally and internationally. She also features in teaching and training videos on the Internet, and is published frequently in both the medical and national press.

Dr Peers regularly attends the British Menopause Society meetings and is passionate that women should receive accurate, up-to-date information about the benefits of HRT, which improves their quality of life and long-term health. She is frequently asked to lecture on menopause management.

Dr Roisin McHugh

Dr Roisin McHugh completed her medical training at the Imperial College London (St Mary’s Hospital) with an Intercalated BSc from University College London in 1998. She did her post graduate GP training in Derry, gaining MRCGP, along with Diplomas in Care of the Elderly, Child Health, Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Family Planning.

Dr McHugh then worked as a GP in Townsville, Australia for 2 years. On her return to London in 2005 she joined Dr Tina Peers working in the family planning clinic in Surrey, providing contraceptive advice and inserting contraceptive implants and coils.

Dr McHugh has completed the Diploma in Practical Dermatology from Cardiff, and has maintained a strong interest in Dermatology by working in a skin clinic. She continues to work in online medicine and as a GP in the NHS and to further develop her interest in female health by becoming a member of the British Menopause Society. She has completed their Special Skills menopause course, extending this training with Dr Tina Peers to work as a menopause specialist at Tillow Barn.

Dr Vohra is an enthusiastic General Practitioner with 14 years' experience of managing all acute and chronic problems for patients of all ages. She has exceptional standards of patient care and over 10 years' experience in women's health. Dr Vohra is a Diplomate and Trainer for the Faculty of Sexual Health and Reproduction and experienced in providing contraception, implants and coils. She is a Member of the British Menopause Society and undergoing the second part of training to achieve the Diploma in Menopause Management under the instruction of Dr Tina Peers.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr Vohra is a NHS Appraiser and Educational Speaker. Outside work her interests include walking, her family and gardening.

The Doctors. McGorry, Karen

Dr Karen McGorry qualified from The Royal Free Hospital, London in 1994 . She has been a General Practitioner [MRCGP] for 20 years and is the lead doctor for contraceptive and menopause issues working at a GP Surgery in Hayward's Heath. She is also an Associate Specialist and Trainer in Sexual and Reproductive Health Care [DFSRH] at Crawley Hospital. She has a great interest in Women's Health and is very excited to join the Team at The Menopause & Women's Health Clinic.

She is a Member of the British Menopause Society. She has completed the Specials Skills Menopause Course and is now extending her training with Dr Tina Peers as a menopause specialist at Tillow Barn.

Outside work her interests include cycling and scuba diving.

The Doctors. Gerval, Dr Marie

Dr Marie Gerval

After graduating from University College Hospital School of Medicine, Marie has gained extensive clinical experience in Obstetrics and & Gynaecology both in Australia and the United Kingdom and is currently working at the Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust.
During her training she undertook an MD research project investigating the impact of low dose HRT on metabolic and cardiovascular risk factors in post menopausal women.

She has worked in specialist NHS menopause clinics with Mr Nick Panay at Chelsea &Westminster and Queens Charlotte’s & Chelsea Hospital in London , treating women with complex medical problems who require careful monitoring and adjustments of HRT regimens, in addition to managing women with severe PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder).

She has a special interest in women who have undergone menopause in their teenage years and in early adulthood, Premature Ovarian Failure, and she collaborated in creating the first UK database for women with POI and is a trustee and past Co-Chair of the Daisy Network, a charity which supports women with POI .

Marie is passionate about Women’s Health and empowering women to be able to make choices about the options available to them as they reach the menopause. She has written magazine articles, scientific papers and regularly gives educational lectures. She is keen to raise awareness and improve education to health professionals about the safe use of HRT.
